Hey there, I'm your friendly neighborhood PT and owner of C.O.M.P.E.T.E Physical Therapy & Wellness in Moorhead.Β  I’m your local orthopedic specialist who juggles life as a CrossFit wannabe, running enthusiast, mom of three mini tornadoes, proud dog mom, and the go-to personal sports PT for many athletes in the Fargo/Moorhead area.Β 

After 16 years in traditional healthcare, I've witnessed the pitfalls of insurance limitations firsthand. That's why I've shifted to a cash-based wellness model, offering personalized goal specific treatments at lower costs. 12-3-30: Need a break from all your running miles but want to hold on to your fitness?

This treadmill workout has been all the craze on TikTok for awhile. Speaking from experience, it’s a mild butt kick!

  1. Incline: Set your treadmill to 12%.

  2. Speed: Walk at 3 miles per hour (MPH).

  3. Duration: Walk for 30 minutes.Β 

Key benefits

  • Low-impact: Easier on your joints than running, making it great for all fitness levels.Β 

  • Muscle Engagement: Effectively targets glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and calves due to the steep incline.Β 

  • Cardiovascular Health: Boosts heart rate and improves stamina.Β 

  • Weight Management: Helps with calorie burning and weight loss.Β 

Make sure to get warmed up properly, keep that good posture, listen to your body and stay hydrated.
