Runner Q&A with Dr. Lizette Sunde!
If youβre anything like us, age is no longer just a number!
Aging comes with a few aches and pains, struggles dialing in your running form, and a never-ending effort to maintain some level of performance.
Thatβs why weβre excited to introduce Dr. Lizette Sunde!

Dr. Lizette Sunde
Hey there, I'm your friendly neighborhood PT and owner of C.O.M.P.E.T.E Physical Therapy & Wellness in Moorhead.Β Iβm your local orthopedic specialist who juggles life as a CrossFit wannabe, running enthusiast, mom of three mini tornadoes, proud dog mom, and the go-to personal sports PT for many athletes in the Fargo/Moorhead area.Β
After 16 years in traditional healthcare, I've witnessed the pitfalls of insurance limitations firsthand. That's why I've shifted to a cash-based wellness model, offering personalized goal specific treatments at lower costs. With free phone consults, no need for referrals, and the freedom to treat any area, my focus is solely on your needs, goals and well-being.Β
One of the many joys of being a physical therapist in my position is getting to know and establish relationships with my clients while helping them get back to the activities they love.Β
So, if you need a dose of PT magic or just want to chat about the chaos of balancing it all, I'm your gal! Let's dive into this newsletter and navigate the wild ride of fitness, family, and community fun.Β
